Pranic Flows offers yoga and strength-based movement rooted in simplicity, awareness, and real-life function.Founded by Vanessa Wright, a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and a certified Geri-Fit instructor, each practice helps people feel stronger, move more freely, and support their bodies in a sustainable way.Classes are for beginners, those returning to movement, and anyone seeking a more accessible, grounded approach, especially supportive for those 50+.Drawing on vinyasa, slow flow, yin, chair yoga, and seated strength training, each class is thoughtfully adapted to meet people where they are.The focus isn’t on intensity or pushing limits, but on creating a practice that feels supportive, effective, and steady over time, helping you feel more comfortable in your body, at your own pace.Credentials:200-HR RYT (Yoga Alliance)

Yoga (All Levels)

A blend of vinyasa, slow flow, and yin, practiced on the mat and adapted to meet you where you are. Classes focus on breath, mobility, strength, and nervous system support.

Chair Yoga & Seated Strength Training

Chair yoga supports mobility, flexibility, and balance through gentle, breath-led movement.
Seated strength training, based on my work as a certified Geri-Fit instructor, uses light weights to build strength, stability, and confidence in a safe, structured way.

Onsite Community Classes

Yoga and strength-based movement for HOAs and community centers.Classes are designed to improve mobility, balance, and functional strength in a way that feels safe, approachable, and supportive over time.
